All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking details.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–12 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and other external factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Aurellia Luxury may offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the Site.


4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Aurellia Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


5. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active and updated within the carrier’s system.


6. Delivery Issues

Aurellia Luxury is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier

If a parcel is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
